Join Morgan at the Community Foundation of South Alabama located at 212 St. Joseph St. in downtown Mobile to experience her unique blend of Pilates and Yoga-inspired classes that focus on strengthening, sculpting, and elongating your body. Each class will last about an hour, ending with a group stretch. 1lb ankle weights are recommended, but not required. Bring your own mat!
